Q. What are the reasons for dynamic fares?

Ans: Flight fares are dynamic and may change depending on seat availability. These fares are directly being sourced from multiple vendors including the airlines.

Q. What travel documents should I carry during my trip?

Ans: You require the following documents for
International Travel:

  1. Passport - Valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
  2. Visa - Valid visa for the country you are visiting. You will also require a Transit Visa if you are transiting for more than 12 hours. Please check Transit Visa rules for the country of transit.
  3. Travel insurance - It is advisable to carry valid Medical & Travel insurance when traveling internationally.
  4. Foreign Currency
  5. Air Ticket - Confirmed return air ticket. A one-way air ticket will be accepted only for students or working professionals (Student Visa or Work Visa holders), as well as dependents of the working professionals.
Domestic travel
  1. It is mandatory to carry a Govt. photo ID proof such as an Aadhaar card/PAN card/Passport etc.

Q. How early should I check-in at the airport?

Ans: For an International Flight, you must check in at the airport approximately 3hours before your flight's departure time. However, for a Domestic Flight, you can check in 2.5hours before your flight's departure. This could however vary from airline to airline and for different airports. Please check the airline website for regular updates.

Q. Can I book tickets for infants on Tripstacc?

Ans: Yes, you can book travel for infants under two years of age on Tripstacc. Make sure they have valid proof of age documents when they re checking in and remember that infants must be accompanied by an adult above 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail of infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you re booking. This includes both outbound and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you need to make a separate booking using a child fare.

Q. Can I make a booking online for a child traveling alone.

Ans: No, you cannot make a booking for a child traveling alone. There must be an adult in the booking. Alternatively, you can also contact the airline if they have the provision.

Q. How can I get a refund for the tickets that I have directly cancelled with airlines?

Ans: In case the airline has cancelled the flight, to claim a refund please contact us on XXXXX. You can also email us the proof of cancellation on bomcare@tripstacc.com

Q. What are the cancellation charges?

Ans: The cancellation charges depend on the airline, sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation. To know the cancellation charge of your booking please log in to www.tripstacc.com And follow the below steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • On your Dashboard - Click on Cancellation Charges
  • Select the booking for which you want to know the cancellation charge.
  • Select the Passenger and Route to view the relevant charges and refund.

Q. The airline I booked has suspended its operations. How do I claim my refund?

Ans: You need to write to us on bomcare@tripstacc.com and provide your Booking ID along with airline details. We will follow up for refunds with the airline. As soon as the airline refunds us, we will reverse your refund amount to the mode of payment that was used while booking.

Q. How do I get my ticket(s) after an amendment?

Ans: We ll email your amended tickets within 90 minutes of making the change to the email address you used for the original booking.

Q. I misspelled my name while booking a ticket. How do I get it changed?

Ans: You can call us to check if the airline you ve booked with allows change of name requests. We can pass on your request. However, if the airline doesn t allow it, you ll have to cancel and re book the ticket.


Hotel

Q. Does the hotel provide flexible check-in/check-out time?

Ans: Check-in and check-out policies vary from hotel to hotel, or you may contact the hotel for flexible timings.

Q. How do I modify my hotel booking?

Ans: Modification (i.e., changes in dates) for bookings will be treated as a cancellation and new booking. You ll have to cancel your existing booking and make a new one. Any cancellation charges applicable need to be confirmed with the hotel.

Q. Can more than two adults stay in a single room?

Ans: Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in a room for an extra charge as long as the room doesn t exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your group, the hotel may cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms.

Q. Are their additional charges if I bring extra guests to the hotel at the last minute?

Ans: Yes, there are additional charges if bringing an extra guest at the last minute. You may be charged for the guest(s) as they are not included in the originally booking. Please check with the Hotel for availability and charges.

Q. How do I find a hotel with amenities, such as a swimming pool, pet friendliness, or Wi-Fi etc?

Ans: Once you have selected the hotel of your choice, click on the name of the hotel to know more about the amenities.
